Recently I took my etchr field case, slate satchel, and sketchbook on a camping trip. All three are great products and accompany each other perfectly. I had the field case for a year, and held off on the slate satchel thinking it would be too big and heavy for my needs. Boy was I wrong. It is perfect and mounting on a tripod was awesome when sitting by the campfire. Also using it on the picnic table was great too. I am so glad I finally bought it. Held my watercolors, brushes, sketchbook, 2 water cups, and micron pens. The field case held my watercolor pencils. To carry I used the velcro straps on the field case and connected them through the shoulder strap loops on the satchel.
