I have unusual tablets in that none are 10.1" or smaller. I have two 11.6" tablets, a Lenovo Lynx, and an HPx2. As well my Dell Venue 11 Pro is a 10.8" screen. I have been looking for a holder that can hold it above my desk such that I don't have to crouch down to be able to read text. I ordered it on Sunday and got it Tuesday.Unboxing was the usual bubble packing off to one side and the product flat on the bottom side. No damage. The instructions were terrible! So why five stars? Because it was all but idiot proof. The quality of build was surprisingly good. The engineering excellent, and once I figured out how to adjust the legs and the clamp buttons, after a minute I had my tablet securely clamped. It holds very well, and I have no issue with its very well thought out design from the rubber friction pads, to the little clicking lock as it snugs down just right. Release is easy using the buttons.I can see that some of the folks who break everything they touch can over torque or manhandle it and break it but one would have to be pretty impatient and tries to force the arms the wrong way. I like the adjustability of the double ball socket. It fits my mini tripod on my desk as well as my full size tripod.I am the type that is picky, and never yet broken a phone, or damaged screens. So I'm usually the exception not the rule. And I love this tablet bracket already.I get samples of products supplied to me by distributors in exchange for honest reviews. This was not given to me to review. I bought it after a few days of in depth research and even plans to build my own until I found this. Despite the usual few who break things then want to blame the manufacturers, once again they have been proven wrong. It's plastic like many things today. But with a little care in use, I expect to get years of casual use out of it. I will be recommending this to my customers and friend alike.Thanks.
